The seeming meditator in the temple of life
whose every thought is continually tempted & disrupted
by every fly that may come in through his window...--though alluding to perfect stillness
so as to be perceived as balanced, enlightened,
and otherwise unaffected by everyday commotion--...is easily betrayed by the fly-swatter in his hand.
